QHHT involves inducing an individual into the Somnambulistic state of trance through visualization.  It’s as easy as visualizing your car or home, and describing anything else you see, sense or feel while in a state of deep relaxation.  This level of deep trance allows the conscious mind to step to the side and works cooperatively along with the Subconscious/Higher Self or Universal Conscious, to help you. The purpose of working with the Subconscious/Higher Self is always to help an individual to the greatest extent possible, in whatever capacity possible.  

The Subconscious/Higher Self knows everything there is to know about you and the life you are living now, so the Subconscious/Higher Self will only choose to share information that is appropriate now, and information that will only be of benefit to you. 

Dolores Cannon’s method of hypnosis, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), involves inducing an individual into the Somnambulistic state of trance through visualization.  Over her 45-year career, her technique has proven to be effective on thousands of people all over the world regardless of their Age, Gender, Personality, Physical Symptoms, Religious Beliefs or Cultural Backgrounds.

EQHHF is the progressive part of Dolores' initial work.  She stated in the early years of her work that she would not agree to online remote sessions.  You have to remember the internet was very unstable and it was dangerous to do a first session not know the client and meeting with the higher self.  Dolores has come to many of her students since then, that were open to receiving her and heard her frustration, that her work has not progressed.  In regards to this platform, not only does she guide her program from the other side, she has asked to join Erin & I in a new format.  She states that her Company had not accepted this before and would make this not so easy.  Since then and the new energies of Heavens Cross, she now wishes to come forth in the power of three (3) and answer questions and participate in healings and helping those that wish to learn, understand.  She is very frustrated by the, "God complex" from those that think she is unattainable to continue her work.  She stated that Jesus or "Yeshua" was also frustrated as he too, wished to be called upon for help.  She seems to have a fascination with chickens as she makes many references to, "The hen house and hen's clucking". *Giggle*  Dolores Cannon's wit, push to accel, support to achieve and motherly love is beyond measure, she is truly a gift to all Lightworkers & Starseeds and humanity as a whole!

Past Life Regression is the first component of QHHT and involves the individual being regressed and guided through an appropriate past life.

The Subconscious, also known as the Higher Self, Universal Conscious, or Over Soul will select which past life to show the individual and they will be guided through it during the session. The past life the Subconscious chooses to show an individual is always relevant to the current life the individual is living now.
